Retirement Plan Consultants, Inc (RPC) specializes in Small Business Qualified Plans such as Simple IRAs, SEP IRAs, 401(k) Plans, Standard, Age Weighted and Cross Tested Profit Sharing Plans. Our partners include some of the best third party administration firms and investment platforms in the country. We are focused on designing, implementing and maintaining the best plan possible for your business.
It has been said that brakes don’t stop your car, tires do. We believe that success at the participant level is where the rubber meets the road with a small business retirement plan.
Why use a “jack of all trades” firm as the investment representative on your plan when you can use an expert? There are many things we don’t do. Our Leadership
Jere El-Bakri - President
Jere El-Bakri is a Registered Principal of LPL Financial and the President of Retirement Plan Consultants, Inc. He graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Microbiology from Utah State University. In an effort to increase the retirement readiness of individuals, and to educate companies and their employees about retirement plans, Jere founded www.Discover401k.com. He has also earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS), Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA), and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designations.
Jennifer Simonich – Director of Client Services
Jennifer Simonich is a Registered Representative with Nations Financial Group, Inc. and the Director of Client Services at Retirement Plan Consultants, Inc. She joined Retirement Plan Consultants, Inc. in 2005, and has over 14 years of experience working in the financial services industry and over 5 years experience in the third party administration of 401(k) plans. Jennifer seeks to educate participants in qualified retirement plans, and increase their readiness for retirement.
Leigh Fassler – Client Services Assistant
Leigh Fassler is a Client Service Assistant at Retirement Plan Consultants, Inc. Leigh joined the Retirement Plan Consultants team in 2010. She has had over 8 years client service experience in the financial services industry, and her primary concentration is now on employer sponsored retirement plans.
